As Big Steve follows you, walk to the holographic Waterfall by the workshop. Look for Big Steve (a purple Gang-Gang located near the bridge) and lure him with a Mini-K that you obtained from the truck. Open the Truck Doors by doing the 'door ritual': Hit Bumper + Pull Door (doing a jig is optional). Head to the Murder of Gang-Gangs behind the truck and use the Firecrackers. Talk to Voxel: start with 'Missing Kid' then exhaust all conversation options. Head to the garden along the Immigration Terminal area and look for a bench/big tire Voxel's Hideout. Push the Roundabout twice until Pixel gets dizzy, then have a chat with him: on all conversation options.
Head to the Roundabout at the playground and loosen the Chain with your Crowbar. Talk to Wendell at the front-end of the truck: exhaust all conversation options. Obtain a temporary U-Chip at the Immigration Terminal by interacting with the Hand Device. Walk towards the big ‘welcome’ sign and you will be greeted by a droid named 2CU.
